We wish to point out that according to § 6 para. 1 of the Navigation Act, members of the crew on duty and other persons on board who are temporarily involved in the driving of a vehicle are in particular not considered mentally and physically fit for such activities if they are in a state impaired by alcohol; this applies in any case from an alcohol content in the blood of 0.5 per mille. Your cooperation in the movement and steering of our excursion boats under the guidance of our trained boatmen and boatwomen is absolutely necessary for the safe execution of the boat tours - we therefore reserve the right to exclude persons from participation in our boat tours who appear to be in a condition impaired by alcohol or who for other reasons do not appear to be mentally or physically suitable to participate in the operation of an excursion boat.
